Mysainsburys, now known as Oursainsburys, is the official online portal for employees of Sainsbury’s supermarkets across the UK. Through this portal, colleagues can access payslips, view work schedules, update personal details, and get internal updates.

- You will be redirected to a Microsoft Outlook login page.
- Enter your Sainsbury’s employee email in the format: firstname.lastname.last4digitsofemployeenumber@mysainsburys.co.uk
- Enter your password. If you haven’t changed it, the default password is your National Insurance number (with the first letter capitalised).
- Click “Sign In” to access your account dashboard.

Employees do not need to manually register for Mysainsburys. Your account is created automatically when you are hired by Sainsbury’s. The shift from Mysainsburys to Oursainsburys was part of a digital platform consolidation by Sainsbury’s to streamline employee services. Oursainsburys.co.uk provides a unified, Microsoft-integrated portal for accessing all internal systems, replacing the older Mysainsburys URL with improved functionality and mobile-friendliness.
Note that the old url at www.Mysainsburys.co.uk no longer works. It ill return a timeout error message. Use www.Oursainsburys.co.uk, instead.

How to see your Sainsburys payslips.
To access your digital payslips:
